Master Chef Hirakawa
Shinya Hirakawa comes to Detroit Sushi with almost 20 years of experience in the art of sushi. Born in Japan, Shinya is best known in Detroit for his work as sushi chef at Noble Fish in Clawson and FrameBar in Hazel Park. He was also the owner of Obi Sushi, known for it's inventive and popular pop-up sushi venues throughout metro Detroit including locations like Motor City Wine, Marble Bar and Spot Lite.
